At Kiwai Beauty, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at contact@kiwaibeauty.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.
Once your claim is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. The item must be sent back to our address in Pakistan in its original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact.
Please Note:

All return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue either:

A replacement (subject to availability), or

A refund (processed within 7–14 business days)

Refunds will be made via the original payment method only.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or unsealed:

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other personal care products

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team
Only defective or damaged items are eligible for review under this policy.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once production or dispatch has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Product Variations

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or scent may occur due to natural ingredients, manufacturing batches, or lighting conditions during photography.

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
