  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Local Orders (Within Pakistan): Delivered through trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • International Orders: Shipped via reputable international couriers. Costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and size of your package.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Local Deliveries: Estimated 4–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • These timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delays & Responsibility

  • Kiwai is responsible for dispatching your order on time but cannot control delays once the package is with the courier.

  • For any delivery delays after dispatch, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in case of loss) so we can investigate with the courier.
